Most businesses are invisible on Google. Reviews are hi-vis.

ReviewLoop texts every customer for a Google review when their invoice is paid. It works for any business that invoices through Xero, MYOB, ServiceM8 or Fergus, and costs $99 a month + GST.

Hi-vis isn't just for tradies.

97% of New Zealand businesses have fewer than 20 staff. Plumbers and builders, sure. Also physios, mechanics, accountants, vets, cleaners and dentists. If people look you up before they ring, ReviewLoop gets you seen.

Once, people found a business on the fridge.

The plumber from 2009. The pizza place. The vet's reminder card. The agent who sold the house.

The fridge magnet has had its day.

Now they search on their phone and ring the one with the most reviews.

Same plumber. 93 Google reviews later.

How it works

You get paid. ReviewLoop does the asking.

  1. The invoice is paid

You mark it paid in Xero, MYOB, ServiceM8 or Fergus, same as always. That's your part done.

  2. A text goes out an hour later

From your business name, not ours.

Taradale PhysioHi Sarah, thanks for coming in to Taradale Physio. How did we go? Tap to let us know.
  3. They tap through to Google

Every customer sees the same Review us on Google button. If something went wrong, they can message you privately as well.

  4. The review lands

It shows up in your dashboard with a reply already written in your voice. Approve it with one tap.

One reminder, three days later, if they haven't replied. Then ReviewLoop leaves them alone.

Follow one customer from start to finish

Everyone gets the same button.

Google doesn't let businesses filter out unhappy customers or only ask the happy ones. ReviewLoop doesn't either. Whatever a customer answers, the Review us on Google button is the same size and in the same place.

If a job went wrong, the customer can also send you a private note. You get an alert straight away, so you can ring them and put it right.

Why asking only happy customers breaks Google's rules

One size fits every business.

Physios, plumbers, mechanics, accountants, cleaners. If you send invoices, ReviewLoop works for you. Free to try, month to month, no lock-in.

Things businesses ask us

Is it just for tradies?

No. It works for any business that invoices its customers: clinics, garages, accountants, vets, cleaners and, yes, tradies. Not on Xero, MYOB, ServiceM8 or Fergus? Upload a spreadsheet or add customers by hand.

Will this annoy my customers?

They get one text and, if they don't reply, one reminder three days later. Then nothing. It comes from your business name, and it's short.

What if someone leaves a bad review?

Unhappy customers can message you privately as well, so you often hear about a problem first. You can reply to any review from the dashboard, and ReviewLoop drafts a calm reply for you to edit.

Is this allowed by Google?

Yes. Google bans filtering unhappy customers away and paying for reviews. ReviewLoop does neither. Everyone gets the same button.

Do I have to set it up myself?

No. We'll connect your invoicing and Google Business Profile with you, and check the message reads the way you'd say it.

Can I stop any time?

Yes. It's month to month with no contract. Cancel from your dashboard.
